And  before the big trip , several sea trials are conducted to test the waters , Chooose a river near the easy trail system , The river can be pre-walkd for about two hours so that you can bear the weight of your backpack , if you are a begininger , please do not exceed level I or II , Rivers have currents and eddies that should be understood and respected
