• Stress & Pull-Force Testing: Welded seams, anchor D-rings, and grab loops are tested to withstand over 150 kg (330 lbs) of continuous tensile load.
• Internal Storage Airtightness Check: Units equipped with internal TiZip systems undergo underwater bubble immersion checks to verify zero air leakage.
